Stances and Movements

The most fundamental aspect of self defense is to be able to move. For this reason, the first three focus topics are:

1. Correct Stances: Without a strong foundation, all movements you learn will be weak. Here we will learn where your feet and weight go without confusing you with arm positions at the same time.

2. Movements: Now you can stand in a strong stance, you can add the arm movements you will use in the defense techniques. A movement is the arm and leg positions together.

3. Basics of Blocking: The first part of a defense is the block, so this section explains how to block correctly.
