Warming Up Shoulders

As most techniques shown here require the movement of your arms and shoulders, it is important to rotate your shoulder joints in all directions to loosen up all the muscles. 

1. Rolling your shoulders in a circle backward then forward. Keep your arms straight and look forward. Rotate each direction 5 times.

2. Arms forward and back. Place both arms in front of you, one hand slightly over the other, then swing them slowly backward as far as you can comfortably reach. Swing forward again to the start point. Repeat 5 times.
