Warming Up Legs

Legs give both the strong stance and the movement to the trechniques. Leg warmups include the hip joints, knees and ankles. 

1. Knee circles opposite. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, place your hands on your knees and bend knees slightly. Move your knees in a circel, first toghether, then backward until your legs are straight, then back to the start point. Repeat 5 times then circle the opposite direction 5 times.


2. Knee circles together. Stand with feet together, place your hands on your knees and bend knees slightly. Keeping your heels on the floor, circle your knees to the left, back until your legs are straight, to the right and back to the start point. Repeat 5 times then circle the opposite direction 5 times.
