Movement Drills

The drills here are practicing all the movements. Each of these are performed in two ways:

1. Stationary - pivoting into the stance, as many techniques use this, and it is efficient if you dont have much practice space
2. Stepping - you can step forward and back as much as your space allows. Two steps forward and two steps backward is all that is required.
