The drills here are practicing all the movements. Once you have studied how to perform the movement, you need to practice it to become proficient. The more you practice, the more 'muscle memory' you get - it becomes more automatic and you can do it without thinking. The drills are goruped into two sections:
1. Movements - to practice the individual movements to get efficient with them
2. Blocking - to build up the speed and effectiveness of the initial block to an attack.
