From a right punch
Step forward with your left foot and double hand block outside
Grab their wrist with your right and pull back to your waist. Use the side punch movement to place your hand in front of their face
Pull back on their head and push your left knee into their leg to remove their balance
As they fall backward, push down with your left hand
Let them fall to the ground but keep hold of their right wrist
Pulling back on their wrist with your right, kneel down on your left knee and cover their face with your left palm. Band their right arm over your hip to prevent them getting out.
